Monday evening's 5:30 p.m. classes are an assortment Training Programs.
The programs are a variety of fun exercise wellness group classes designed to encourage, motivate, and support most-all fitness levels.
$35.00 - four-week block
$10.00 -per single session
Free- trial single session
Wednesday Evenings 5:30 p.m. classes are strength training/weightlifting / full-body freestyle group classes that include the best of the best ab-attack bonus series!
Each week the set and the weight will vary. Example: one set of 36 reps. next week 3 sets of 12 repetitions, the next week 2 sets of 18 reps, the next week confusion theory, and on heavy Night week 1 set of 6 to 9 reps. and etc.
